Daytona Beach Crowns New Equestrian Champion

Daytona Beach has a new equestrian champion, Daytona Beach 8, who showcased her skills this weekend at the TerraNova Equestrian Center. The 14-year-old mare was born in Germany and is affectionately known as Daytona or DB. Owner and rider Cornelia Fletcher, based in Ocala, describes the horse as embodying speed, heart, and a winning spirit. The City of Daytona Beach Government shared the news on their Facebook page, extending congratulations to both Cornelia and Daytona Beach 8 on their achievement.
