Personal Training Tailored to Your Fitness Goals
Staff Report / Daytonalocal.org
The Volusia Flagler Family YMCA in Ormond Beach, Florida, is offering personal training services tailored to individual fitness needs. Clients can choose to work out one-on-one with a personal trainer or in a buddy system format.
A sample workout of the day (WOD) includes various exercises aimed at building strength and endurance. Participants will complete seven rounds of the following: seven dumbbell squats, four burpees, eight dumbbell deadlifts, ten box jumps, and a cardio component.
For those unsure about personal training, the YMCA provides a complimentary session called "Commit To Be Fit." This session allows potential clients to meet with a trainer, discuss fitness goals, and experience the training services offered.
Interested individuals can contact Martin Vollebregt at 386-673-9622 or email mvollebregt@vfymca.org to begin their fitness journey.
