Daytona Beach Police Department expressed gratitude to local businesses and community partners for their support during Hurricane Milton. The department received food, supplies, and monetary donations to provide hot meals for officers before, during, and after the hurricane.

Detective Wallace and Officer Beres coordinated the meal preparations. The businesses that contributed to this effort include Auto Solutions from Ormond Beach, Iron Horse Saloon, Team Daytona Law Enforcement Charities, Turkey Rod Run, Ocean’s Luxury Realty, 4 Rivers, Sam’s Club, Outback Steakhouse, and Rick’s Lawn Care.
