Daytona State College has announced that it plans to reopen on Monday, October 14, 2024, for all classes, activities, and campus services. The college expressed understanding that some students may still be evacuated or without power and internet access. Faculty members will provide flexibility regarding class participation for those affected. Students are encouraged to check their Falcon Mail and contact their instructors on Monday for specific questions about their classes. Daytona State College, located in Daytona Beach, Florida, was founded in 1957.
