Remembering K9 Alan: A Legacy of Service

On October 11, 2024, retired K9 Alan passed away after battling cancer. Alan served with the Daytona Beach Police Department until his retirement in 2023. During his service, he was known for his dedication and contribution to community events. His handler, Officer Timothy Jackson, expressed the deep loss felt by both his family and the department. Alan is remembered for his legacy of service and compassion to the citizens of Daytona Beach.
