YMCA Launches Customized Smart Workout Equipment

The Volusia Flagler Family YMCA in Ormond Beach has introduced new EGYM equipment to its facilities. This advanced system utilizes smart technology to scan members' bodies and create customized workout programs tailored to individual fitness goals, including muscle building, general fitness, and body shaping. The EGYM Smart Strength machines are designed to adjust workouts according to personal needs, making it easier for users to stay on track with their fitness plans.
