Volusia County Schools is calling for assistance following the impact of Hurricane Milton, which has left many communities in urgent need. Donations are being accepted to support those affected by the hurricane.

The items requested for donation include:

- Clothing

- Toiletries

- Gift Cards

- Non-perishable Food

Donations can be dropped off at the main office of any Volusia County high school starting Monday, October 14. High schools will be open for donations from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Volusia County Schools urges businesses or corporations that can offer support on a larger scale to contact them directly.
